The time has finally come

 The time has finally come after long waiting and testing! In the 90s, I could only dream and plan in my head, as the technology was not yet available for its creation. Now that the first prototypes have been completed over the course of two years, testing and further developments can begin as information flows to me more rapidly and in greater quantities.
